Nasty elbow pain

I'm not sure if this is being posted in the right forum but I have been getting nasty pain in my elbow when I go heavy on Biceps, If i keep it under 100 pounds then it seams to be alright but I want to keep going as heavy as I possibly can, I have not been to the Doc yet but plan to go anyone know a home remedy for joint pain? thanks,

^^^ haha... ****, sorry bro.... kinda sleepy, yes i meant glucosamine... also agree with trying to use EZ bars, I used to use them almost exclusively when i had some wrist and elbow problems from work...

Pretty sure it's not elbow pain, but bicep insertion or origin whichever, pain. I've had all kinds of elbow pain.

Try the hammer curls and ez bar, experiment to see what can be done pain free. Limit your heavy rows and chins, that's what always gave me the pain the worst.

Try a bicep stretch. It's just like your basic pec stretch, but instead of your palm on the wall, you have the top of your hand thumb down on the wall. This stretch has saved my life.

The only thing I've found to really work for me, is time off and a change in routine. I've trained through bicep pain for months, but only after taking a few weeks off from doing stuff that hurts, would it actually go away.

If the pain is on the inside of the elbow its called golfers elbow.....outside of elbow is tennis elbow......probably an inflamed tendon.....try this stretch....

arms to your sides...lift your forearm so its parallel to ground and flex your wrist up and hold...then flex wrist down and hold......I have the same prob and when i perform these stretches religiously I have no pain......
