Who has done this?
I just watched his DVDs and I gotta say I am not sure I could bring myself to look this foolish in the gym. Not right now at least.
Maybe once I am done bodybuilding and want to maintain athletic function I will give it a go. Actually if I was still into a lot of athletics during winter and summer months this would be my primary type of training but not for bodybuilding purposes.
No doubts its a taxing workout but doesn't strike me as overly bodybuilding related. Am I wrong?

definitly a great way to train and stay healthy and get results.... its also a way of cutting down cario time, and improving ur stabilizing muscles, but definitly is NOT for bodybuilders, this is more of a bootcamp.. figures and fitness girls could get away by training like this.

i think it IS for bodybuilding... its not a full time training program. you only do it for a bit.. 8-12 weeks or so then go back to regular training..
i think helps develop the muscles better... makes sure you do'nt get that blocky look... plus improves strength etc...
my bud is doing his other progrma that's like a mix... and well he's a beast and growing with it... i think its less core work.. more of just incorporating some of the MET/3d movements with a regular training program..
but yeah see what you mean by looking bit weird doing it lol... and its tough to do it when gym is busy.. i've noticed alot more guys training this way at my gym as of late..

I followed his MET Hybrid 6 day training program which is geared more toward bodybuilders. Holy shit is it hard!
Its like doing intervals and weights at the same time for an hour straight. Some of the workouts are tough, and you look like a goof.... but big deal. At least your working hard and getting the most out of you workouts.
