just curious everyones thoughts on this subject, is there a certain way to lift when you are on cycle or is it dependant on your goals?

well since ur gonna be growing muscle faster, it is a bit harder on the tendons to keep up. Especially with certain AAS. So just remember to have strict form. Also I tend to slow down the reps a bit out of personal preference.

I usually go heavier, a lot heavier. But certain aas like tren I add later in a cycle so to give a chance for my tendons to catch up.

Well, I always lift in a growth maximizing way, which will mean something different to each person. I am trying to say that cycling or not, I will hit the body hard and try to stimulate muscle growth. Therefore, no big different in training for me besides an increased intensity....
You will recover faster while taking AAS which should allow you to expose your muscle to more intensity and damage...

I've had good progress as a natural using DC Training, and lately, FST-7 style training. My plan is to continue what I am doing and really work on strict form (I am pre-conest and low bodyfat) while continuing to up the weights. We'll see what happens. I'm sure I'll have a hard time taking my 2 days a week off...but that's when I'll grow!
