Did anybody ever get the extra 50$ charge when you include testosterone panel test. I just had mine taken and had to pay for it I thought it was covered under my MSP plan.
Inputs guys.

I didn't pay anything ( living in BC). Just told them that I am having ED for over a few weeks so they ran several tests including Testosterone. When questioning my AAS used, I obviously didn't admit because they would have the reason right there.
Guess they just need a medical reason instead of curiosity.
Having that said, I think I will pay next time instead of humiliating myself.
my fam doc always says i have to pay for it, but the 4 times ive had it checked i never have

The doc sent me in for 6 different test and even told me that I would be charge for this one, did you go to a BCBio lab?

No it's not covered. I'm not sure of the specifics but when I get tested for free testosterone or bioavailable it's a charge around $60.
Lipid/Hemo/Thyroid/Liver tests are covered.

Yep this is what the doc said. Anyway, how many times in a year are we entitled with the free tests? Anyone have any idea?

I am not sure to be honest since it's been a while. Just went to the doc, they ordered the test and went to the nearest lab ( think it was lifelab but I would have to double check)
