Dubois highlighted Walsh's 18 previous impaired driving convictions, as well as more than 100 convictions for crimes ranging from assault to breaking and entering.

Dubois submitted four reports, prepared while Walsh was serving jail sentences from 1992 to 2006. In all of them, experts saw little hope Walsh would give up alcohol.

How many convictions does it take before somebody gets locked for good?

Apparently 100 is not enough.

Now the girl has no mother. Just think of what it would be like for her.

You would think this douche would get life, but probably will be forced into rehab and house arrest.

I think this is one of the situations where the death sentence should be reinstated.

Or we could reinstate natural selection, stop protecting all the morones and assholes from each other and let things take care of themselves.
