something like that,

when i was younger my appendix bacame inflamed eventually burst and started to poison my blood.

insteat of a little hole i was lucky enough to 4" incision.

it seems as i lose body fat and strenghten my core ( happened same time i was getting lean last summer )

i have terrible cramps, that curl me up in agony, now i know that as they cut through the muscle this is to be expected, but is there anything i can do other then stretch more and hope for the best ?

i can't do bent over rows or dl's ( well i do them till it happens )

does any one else have this problem ?

would a belt help ?

Typically muscular incisions will not cause cramping, they may cause other dysfunction and depending on the amount of scar tissue it may cause irritation to surrounding muscle, which could make that muscle group more pron to cramping.
When dropping fat do you follow a reduced sodium intake? I would be more inclined to think chemical (like electroloite imbalance) than specific incision complications.
If it is as a result of scar tissue there are therapies out there which will promote the breakdown of exsisting scar tissue and stimulate healthy cellular regrowth.
