Good day,

Hey, I am new to this place, but it seems pretty awesome. My name is Mike and am totally an amateur bodybuilder. Did 3 show thus far, with the 2009 National Capital Classic being my most recent. I took 3rd in the Middleweight class. I plan on doing the November show here in Ottawa. Any others thinking of doing the same? Drop me a line anytime, would like to meet some of the local scene

Hey Mike. Welcome dude. As I mentioned in the other thread I saw you compete in the middle weight category. You looked good and I actually had you placing 2nd.

I am planning on hitting November as well if all goes well. I'll be in the heavy weight category (super but they don't have that at L1 or L2).

SUPER HEAVY weight eh? In my freakin dreams lol....I will definately be cheerin ya on dude....for sure.

I will definately offer my advice knowledge and experience at a moments notice. I am all about seeing people achieve their goals, and full potential. Glad to be a part of the board!!
