how much milk thistle to take..

how much milk thistle should be taken before during and after a cycle? Just running a 8 week anavar cycle. Any other liver support necessary? thanks guys.

none, i heard milk thistle is shit, lots of other liver supps out there that are better.

Just pick up NAC it is alot better for steroid induced liver trauma... Also NAC is a hellavulot cheaper than Milk Thistle

I take 750-1250mg/day during cycle. I never run it off cycle, but probably should as it wouldn't hurt.
