i was going to start a T/enth 500mg cycle soon

new farm is the gear ??

are the chance of sides greater with higher BF%'s ??

should i wait or run it ??

my BF % is 22-25%
stats are age 40 almost LOL
hight 6'4''
weight 255lbs
bench 300 max
train 4 day split
1/chest bi's
2/legs
3/off
4/shoulders tri's
5/back
6&7/ off
cardio low inten post workout for 20-30 min

your not gonna like the bloat (if you do) and you wont see your gains as good as such a high bf.

if you can cut, do it first

Depends on your goal bro. But DK is right you don't want to bulk with a 15%+ bf, but if you just want minimal muscle loss while dieting that would be a different story.

I`d say use the gear to cut. When your cycle ends and you have a nice low BF you can stay more anabolic in pct because you can afford to eat big and not gain much bodyfat.

I agree with Ritch on this one, you will see dramatic changes if you run gear but you must have the proper diet when doing so!!! You know what I'm talking about, by the sounds of it you already have a good base for this program.

I got a high body fat around 19% as well. I am on a diet and goal is to shed body fat while maintain and even grow muscle mass.

I am on a test prop, anavar, clen cycle. Kinda feeling all ****ed from the clen so I may do it a bit later on in my cycle.

SO far no gyno sides or anything. If you have a higher body fat, you have a higher chance of getting gyno sides due to more estrogen receptors (correct me if i am wrong). Also, high blood pressure.

I have been taking arimidex (0.5mg) ed to cut out water bloat and estrogen conversion and nolvadex on hand in case gyno symptoms start.

I am new to this so by no means an expert. If you have the dedication and drive you can meet your goals.

More muscle = more calories burnt

kind of hard to build muscle and lose fat............you should be dieting and doing cardio. get down to a descent level and then use AAS

Yes you are right theboss. I have another thread up on this matter and basically it comes down to the fact that you cannot do both at the same time and you need to pick one.

i started my low intensity cardio last week post workout except leg day where i do the am thing before i even wake up out of just do it !!! bed and go

since last monday im down 11lbs and cutting the carbs except for am oats and post work out my bloat is really starting to fade

by the wat oats such suck suck sh--t !!::shock

but im going for 10-12% BF% before i pin

it just sucks i used to do 5 set x 8-10 with 315 now i do 4x5 with 240

oh well im 40 and didnt train for a decade just time effort intensity and will

but now i train smart as well as hard we all over trained when we were 16-18yrs old
