That's seriously retarded. Imagine he loses his balance and jumps off at a angle and lands at an angle full force on one knee. Nice torn ACL. Some people don't think.

i thought that this was gonna be one of those nissan commercials where they cut it off and say "bad decision" but it just kept going.....thats the dumbest shit i have ever ****ing seen in my life. look at how much stress is goin on his knees, ankles etc......some ppl just dont think about shit before they do it......

My G/F bought a swiss ball so I have been banging her on it, I did this a few times and I could tell I was really putting it to her, One time I even heard her back crack. I was looking for it yesterday and I asked her where it was and she said she gave it away, then she went and layed down on the bed, LOL

^^^ Geez, I hope you at least cleaned it with windex before giving it away, lol... For cruches it`s an o.k. tool, but pullovers are actually much, much more comfortable on a swiss ball, than lying accross on a bench and ackwardly putting yourself into position with a dumbell to do pullovers.

I will try that! I have used the ball for dumbell flys and humping but thats it.

There are some exercises that you can use the ball for. On ab one I like is where you get in a pushup position, arms straight, and your feet on a ball toes pointing into the ball. You then take one foot off and drop it to the floor and bring in back, do other foot and repeat 15-20 times each side. I also use it for dumbell chest presses. I wouldn't do it in a gym though, I do them at home where I use one of those extra strong balls.

squats like the idiot in the video should be done on a bosu ball. its not like he really needs to be doing them though, he looks like hes way too old to be training for any kind of functional strength for sport. some people just like to be watched in the gym like they are some guru or something. hes just a moron. nice ankle posture too lol.
