I have just finished a cycle of underdosed bunk. What perils would I face if I jumped on the exact same cycle of a different ugl with at most 2 weeks down time in between?

id say to just wait, that way you dont have to worry about it.

Whether the gear was underdosed or properly dosed, you will still be shut down. Depending on the length of your cycle, wait a couple of months and then hit it again. During this time you can do some research and find something quality, worth spending your hard earned cash on.

this might be a stupid question but should I even bother with the PCT? I dont want to waste the nolva and clomid that I KNOW is good.

Why do you now say it's bunk?
Hey bro,
Im 4 weeks into a 14 week DELETED cyp250 E3D cycle. So far Id say its G2G!. Ive noticed slight gains (most likely attributed to my strict diet and training schedual). But theres no denying my sleeping patterns are better, my strength is up and my overall sense of well being is much better then before.

Run your normal PCT, take 8 weeks off, switch labs if you want.

Run the clomid @50-100mg per day for three weeks. Better safe than sorry...plus, the quicker you recover, the quicker you can get back on. ;)

Whether you were running 100mg of test or 1000mg of test you are still shut down...
SERMs are cheap, use them to recover and buy more...
