Hey guys will be doing my first comp Oct 3rd. I will be starting my diet July first.
My stats are
height 6`2
weight in a.m 223lbs
It will start off something like this. 4 days low carbs around 100grams per day then one high day 350grams per day. I will take my carbs out all together a week out from the comp for 5 days and load for the 2 days.
Also My cycle will be something like this
1-12 Test 500mg per week
6-12 tren a 25mg EOD
will rap it up with some winnie 50mg per day.


I will be keeping a log of how she goes...

When i drop my carbs below 100, i up my fats accordingly...Trying to take in 2700-3000 calories/day.....total....with fairly high protein as well...just keep doing that...over, and over, and over again....You will be amazed at what the consistency does....Nice moderate dose as well...good to see...:)Chuck up some pics as the loggging starts b
ro, it makes one inspired to push when stuff gets tough....because there are eys watching and they will root you on and kick your ass if you dont make progress.....Big help on weak days, and we all get them.....BTW, dont cheat...I never cheated one time on my diet, not 1 unplanned feed....that was laid out for me in advance....Just be sure you give yourself enough time to prep....That was my mistake, to laxy daisy in the beginning , until 9 weeks out i was a slacker..Not really, but not on point as one needs to be the whol time....Good luck

Ok just got my supplements and gear stash for my up coming journey... Getting pumped to kick it off... Canada day will be my last bang go out have a good time have a drink or two and eat alot of shitty food.. Then its game time...

Alright start my diet tomorrow here is what she is going to look like
1) 2 packs oatmeal 60g carbs/ 8 egg whites
2) 10oz chicken/ Broccoli
3)10oz chicken/ asparagus
4) protien shake 60g protein
5) 10oz steak/ one cup brown rice
6) 10oz chicken/ one cup brown rice/ asparagus
7) protien shake 60 grams

This will very depending on what I look like....

Ok guys diet is going good.... down 5lbs but forsure have added muscle.. I will be going to the rbc golf canadian open next weekend it is my bday so there will be a cheat meal a day for 3 days. My progress is great will be adding the tren a in come second week into Aug. I feel good about myself I would love to use a fat burner but Clen is to uch for me and Eph makes me feel sick and cant eat anyone got any ideas??

Ok guys little update soo far so good I am getting alot leaner and people say I look thicker soo we are right on track. Added some eph in to help burn the fat...

Ok update again.. So trainning has been shitty do to some mad hemriods **** me I can sit walk and lifting is killing me going to see the doc tomorrow nothing has worked to get this problem undercontrol...
Wish me and my asshole luck...

Alright guys so far soo good I will be doing high low carb days now something like this 80 for 4 days and 300 for one and repeat... So far I think I am on track need to up the cardio tho I have been doing 3 to 4 days max for 45 mins now i need to jump it up to 6 lets get this going.
Also for gear I am running 150mg test 150mg eq and 50mg tren and 50 mast every other day. I am starting to think I should up the tren and mast to 100mg each per shot but thats a 3ml injection E.O.D let me know what you guys think..

Alright Guys I`m about 7 weeks out I feel I`m behind 2 to 3 weeks. I dunno if I will make it in time. I`m not sure what to do. I was think see how I look at 4 weeks out and call it a go or a no go.. If I could do it all over again I would start my deit 20 weeks out gives you time if something happens like this I was going strong tell about week 9- 10 and have hit a spot that I can`t get passed I lowered my carbs down to 80g and cardio is at 6 days a week at 45mins.. But come sept 29th I will know if I have to pull out of the show, I will forsure do another one I loved it every min hardest thing I have done in my life. Just next time start early and if you have to coast in thats fine with me...

start at 25mcg, twice a day for 2 weeks, then bump to 25mcg, 3 times a day for 2 weeks, them bump to 25mcg 4 times a day...

you'll feel fine doing it this way.
