View Full Version : 50mcg Clen Caps

Hey Guys,

I just picked up some Clen Caps, 50 mcg each. I know we need to start low on this to check tolerance. I wanted to start with half of it, the problem is I can empty half the cap out and start at about 25mcg. But then this would mean I would go up by 25mcg each time. So this is what my 2 weeks dosage would look like:

1:25mcg
2:25mcg
3:50mcg
4:50mcg
5:75mcg
6:75mcg
7-12:100mcg
13:75mcg
14: 75mcg

Does this look okay? I guess I will have to up the dose based on how the sides are acting up.

Also Does anyone know if this caps are underdosed or not?

SOrry one more question. When on CLEN, is it okay or even possible to still lift heavy weights and do light intensity cardio since the blood pressure is supposed to rise?

taking 50mcgs at once wont be an issue at all. no need to go up by 25mcgs if you ask me.

there is no need to go back down to 75 mgs either for the last couple of weeks.

i found the best results i've had was to run it for four weeks straight too, build up to your max dose and supplement with Taurine to protect your ticker.

If Im not mistaken Peoples BP tend to drop when on clen, the opposite effect if ephedrine. I havent read up on this in awhile but there is data out there to support it.

* has aways had accurately dosed products from my experience (possible exception is their old liquid cialis which HAD to be overdosed lol), clen being one of them but for easier dosing just go the liquid route, in your case this would have worked perfect...mucgh easier than breaking apart capsules!

I did about 25mcg yesterday and I got the hand shaking and a little bit of muscle spasms and no headaches. However, by the end of the day i started feeling really tired. I drank a shit load of water. Today in the morning i woke up with a heavy head, felt a slight headache.

Today I will up it to 50mcg and then go from there. I just wanted to check my tolerance and go from there. First time doing it so I was a bit paranoid. Lets see how it feels with this dose.

* is a great product...defintely not underdosed. You can go as high as 125-150 with out issue....then when finished drop to 50mg for week, then 25mcg for a week then 25mcg EOD thats it.
Your blood pressure does not rise on clen it lowers...clen is a specific beta 2 agonist. Your hear rate may increase slightly to compensate for the lowered blood pressure. Training and cardio shouldnt be an issue.

I know I`m not the house expert here, but when I take 20mcg of clen I can feel it big time. I`ve never even taken 50mcg. About 40mcg is the most I`ve ever done. Those caps would kill me! Then going from 50 to 100mcg, Yikes!!!

It always a good idea to raise the dose slightly every two weeks or so. This prevents major side effects as well as quick attenuation to the drug. The best way ive found is to start at 20-25mcg twice daily split dose and raise by 20-25mcg every two weeks until you hit 120-150max then stay there until the diet is finished.

Yeah my working dose ends up being in the 140mcg range as well, if you are prone to sides ramp up slow!

Its all going to depend on how you react to it. my WO partner was taking more than twice what i was, he was fine and I felt like a f*cking tweeker.
