One of my pet peev's is when i flip a supplement over to read the label and all it says is PROPRIETARY BLEND 39000 mgs, then it proceeds to list about a million ingridients and you never get to know how much of what is in there. I want to know how much of what im getting. Just venting i guess.

Just don't buy anything that lists it's ingredients in such an ambiguous way. They shouldn't be allowed to do it but the lack of regulation on health supplements is almost frightening.

I agree fully! Anyone seen "bigger stronger faster" when he explains the BS about the Proprietary blend.

bigger, stronger, faster is such a true movie lol proprietary blend is just a way to cover up the ingredients that they put in so they dont get hasseled about it.
