U wanna hear a cheat meal.. i almost feel bad posting this but i dieted for 2 months for a fight last night and won my fight so today is reward day.. here goes... Went to a high end brunch buffet to start.. omlete bar, waffles, pancakes, fruit, sausage, bacon, cheesecake, pumpkin pie, u name it i ate it. Then had to nap due to overfull, woke up, licorice and ice cream treat, chocolate milk. Also had ceaser salad salmon and steak for dinner, i feel terrible... yuk.. glad to get back on the diet tommorow.. victory is sweet. (so why do i feel like shit)

Had a pizza tonight, one of those frozen Delissio pizza`s with way too much added pepperoni I threw on it. Drank 2 710ml bottles of coke today, 4 nutella toasts for breakfast and had some fancy cookie peanut butter type ice cream today. Well the party is over because tommorow I start to eat like I should. Next 3 months, gonna bring the BF% down.

Something similiar to these this morning except instead of watered down jam (to spread it out more) I used low cal Whipped cream I believe something like 30-35 cals for 3 tbsp!

Bad first attempt at making crepes :( but the ones today came out a lot better.

i have been on a weight loss diet for about a month for the most part, chicken breast cooked in water with some seasoning, lots of greens, fish with pasta (not sure if that is a good weight loss item) and fruits....also in the middle i had a spate where i ate chicken wings and pizza so i know i probably have made no progress

Today is my cheat day. Just had 1/2 a frozen pizza, a ice cream drumstick cone, a cup cake and a glass of coke. Gonna digest this for a good 4 hours then eat the same thing again. Oh yeah, picked up some dubble bubble bubble bites which are described as buble gum in a crunchy hard candy shell, not bad but the gum sticks to my teeth. They kinda taste like those fizz hard candies with gum in them.

Medium size, mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, tomatoe sause, LOTS OF cheese, and 2 fully grown diced up chicken breasts.
Half the pizza was eaten on my drive home :D
And I am now eating the second half...then bed time probably by 1 or so AM.
