I've started my diet. I had meatball soup. 1 litre of low sodium chicken broth @ 5 calories per cup, 2lbs of ground turkey breast, 1 bag of spinach, 2 cups of squash, 1 cup of onion, 1 green onion and 500 grams of eggwhite cooked flat then cut into strips and put in soup along with a little hot sauce. That was my food for the day other than cottage cheese before bed and 5 35gram protein shakes with flax, fish oil, greens plus, glutamine, creatine, psyllium fibre, in each one along with some asai berry and a danone probiotic drink mixed into the first shake of the day. Relatively painless day.

Stir fry

12 0z top sirloin steak thinly shaved and marinaded in a TINY bit of teriyaki, ginger and lots of garlic

cabbage, onion, spinach, mushrooms, and some been sprouts thrown in at the very end steamed in a little chicken broth with garlic, ginger, pepper and a little soya sauce.

I like to cook them separately and dish it onto my plate separately.

Tuna melt with yams

Mix cottage cheese, tuna, egg, onion and a little sage together. Make a patty and fry with a little pam. Top with either melted l'Ancetre organic skim millk cheese or nonfat kraft single. Eat with sugar free ketchup

Protein pancakes. These are unreal!!!!!!!!

half a cup of oatmeal

half a cup of nonfat cottage cheese

half a cup of eegwhites

quarter a teaspoon of salt

teaspoon vanilla

teaspoon cinnamon

Mix together in blender

Fry with a little vegetable spray

Top with zero calorie becel butter spray and a smidgen of agave syrup.

These are ridicoulously good!!!!!!! Can't really tell the difference. I like them better just knowing what the ingredients are.

271 calories

27 grams of protein

3.2 grams of fat

30 grams of carbs

This doesn't include the agave syrup

Can't go wrong with that for the taste! Trust me!

Eggs and salad get no mustard lol

chicken and almonds is one of my fav meals ever when dieting. its a close second to ground beef, taco seasoning, mushrooms and tomatoes
