Nope not a woman last time I checked lol, and not dieting down from 300lbs I am a solid 248 and the Chia is not a fad, people just need to look at different sources of protein etc.. I use some supplements also but look at the added crap in them like Aspartame or Sucrolose need I say more. Look at the protein source and omega 3 Omega 6 etc.. sources without the added garbage of mercury etc... Look at Salba seed and Chia pro you will be surprised on what it has Supplements will never replace whole foods
Salba is the richest whole food source of Omega 3 fatty acids and fibre found in nature.
Every serving (12 grams or approximately 2 flat tablespoons) of Salba provides over 2,400 mg of Omega 3s, over 4,500 mg of dietary fibre, with less than 0.5 net carbohydrates per serving.
Gram for gram, Salba provides six times more calcium than whole milk, three times more iron than spinach, and fifteen times more magnesium than broccoli.
Salba is all-natural, has no trans-fats, is gluten free, has almost no carbohydrates, and is certified Non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism).
CHIA PRO is the absolute Perfect Super Food. Better than FLAX, Better than FIBER, High in PROTEIN, OMEGA 3, OMEGA 6, & ANTIOXIDANTS - CHIA PRO is absolutely Perfect. CHIA PRO is produced using an all new revolutionary Cold Fracture

No problems so far and it is cheap because I raised the steer myself. If I don't grow on this shit nothing will work lol.
Might add, I found a baggy of Size-on at the back of the cupboard today. Going to mix that with some BCAA's for my intra-workout drink. I love it when I find stuff I think I am out of!

This time around has been amazing. No cravings or anything. The only time I have felt like shit has been the day after my cheat / carb meal . Next cheat I'm not doing any high GI carbs.
The last time I did this I was all backed up and had a few different problems....However, since then I didn't fully bring carbs back into my diet so maybe that's why or maybe mentally I was expecting worst .... Anyways , I'm loving it. Down 5lbs , but my numbers are still climbing :yeah

I can't believe some of the food you guys eat for your cheat meals. I couldn't possibly eat that stuff with a clear conscience.
then you better ignore this post ;)
Last nights gluttonous gutbuster consisted of:
http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa130/ihasaphotobucket/carb_up.jpg
1) Bowl of italian sausage tortelini.
2) 2/3lb hamburger with swiss cheese and onions and all the dressings with a side of french fries. It started out as a 1/2lb'er but I bought a full pound of beef and gf wouldn't eat half...she's always bitching that just cuz its MY carb up doesn't mean she can eat all retarded hahaha.
3) 1/4 Presidents choice Key Lime Pie. What can I say I love this pie. Since I can't eat it during the week I usually eat a quarter each weekend so I don't end up throwing any out from expiration.
4) Caramel Apple Fritter from tim hortons....roll up the rim freebie ftw!
5) Cadbury Wunderbar & large bag of Micro Mini eggs...intention is not to eat the whole bag but we'll see.
6) Some ****ed up lunchables kids meal mini hamburger....before anyone asks wtf, it was a freebie from a food trade show. I said I'd guinea pig it since it was gonna get tossed in the trash. Ate one and realized anyone who buys this for their kids should have children's aid called on them. Seriously this stuff is 100% preservatives. What attrocities we make for our kids these days.
Had to reload my water bottle halfway through so add around 2 liters of water to the epic task. Also ate a bunch of chips and munchies while cooking everything.
Took about an hour and here's proof of the aftermath:
http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa130/ihasaphotobucket/carb_up_aftermath.jpg
Pretty much everything went down as planned. The leftover luncheables burger got tossed. Ended up eating almost the full bag of micro mini eggs, actually regretted that part the most. My tongue was ****ed the rest of the night. All in all a good meal, not too painful afterwards and I'm a pretty small guy.
And yeah I'm aware its too much fat for a proper carb up, but feel free to lecture to someone who'll listen :)

Well at least you actually had some food in there and not just sweets... I'd eat a burger and pasta and pie without feeling too bad.
I agree, parents who feed their kids Lunchables should have the shit smacked outta them. Terrible parenting. Those people should be forced to take a parenting course if they want to keep their kids. Total disgrace. /mini-rant
