Alright guys I got to see Marcus Ruhl train today at my gym.. i was thinking to myself how does he run his juice when he is on the road for months on time?? He for sure is not off it.. So how do these guys do it without getting caught with it.. I have never heard of a pro getting into trouble with customs with gear..

Also got to talk with ruhl a bit really nice guys and he is huge no question about it... Biceps peak is huge.....
