So I have a few old bottles of EQ I've been running. They are all the same lot # but the oil in one of the bottles is dark like tren. What do you guys think? Is there a reason that this EQ is darker then the other stuff?

EQ is supposed to be dark to begin with. It becomes light when mixed up with certain clear oils. Maybe they used a darker oil to cut that bottle with, or the other bottles you have have been diluted.

batch numbers on ug products generally dont mean much
more than likely a different batch of powder, or more bb, i dunno
