Stats:

27yrs, 5'8, 190lbs. 19% BodyFat
Training for 2.5 yrs. Dropped weight from 230 to 190lbs in over a year.

Cycle Goals: Lose Bodyfat and maintain/grow muscle mass


Weeks 1-10

Anavar (50mg ED)
Test Prop (400-500mg/Week) --> Still need to confirm the number
Clen - 2 weeks on 2 weeks off --> To Shed fat
Arimidex - 0.5mg EOD
Nolva - 20mg ED (I am paranoid about gyno, i got a little bit from puberty)

PCT:
Nolva
Clomid

I will be on a slight calorie defecit but will be having high protein diet. Will carb up on weekends.

Please let me know what you guys think.

Don't bother with the 20mg of Nolvadex ed. If you start getting ichy nips then throw in 40mg/day until it's gone. With the arimidex you shouldn't be worried.

You know prop needs to be shot eod right? This is going to be a lot of pinning for your first cycle. If you're cool with that, then go for it.

Clen... I wouldn't touch the stuff yet. Worry about your diet and maybe throw in some ECA. I'm sure there is lots of progress you can make without adding in clen, especially during your first cycle.

Thanks for the advice on the nolvadex. Yea i started shooting the prop every other day. I will rotate between my quads and delts. The shooting part was not bad but had some really sore pain after. I guess prop is known to do this.

I went with prop just incase I get some ****ed up sides I can hop off it since it is a short ester.

I actually ended up starting the clen as well. I'll see how it goes with it and then go from there.

start with 100mg eod with the prop and work up from there....no need for arimidex or nolva at the doses you will be using......
