thanks,the upper legs could be better... guess Ill find out how I look in a couple of weeks... down to under 40 g carbs a day , then load 150 after 3 days...a little flat , moody and all the rest that goes with training! Love this board, finally a place I can feel at home... anywy, stats... 6ft, last I weighed myself was a few months ago I was about 247ish, given the time of day.. I get up to about 270 off season, and like to sit around 240. Refuse to get on a scale until weigh ins..lol. Probably lose my mind if I knew how much I lost...lol.

good calves and arms it appears from looking at the jigsaw pics....good to see another southerner getting ready to compete...There are a few of us on here competing in a couple of weeks...

your stats are similar to mine...i sit @ 275-280 off season, then about 260-265 is a good look for me...at six feet tall as well..

Ya , I seen that...Ur a big boy for sure.Nice work , I can appreciate it having a similar body.. This is hard work hey?lol..Hard to sit above 270... everything hurts, can't breath properly... Im sure u know the deal... I will probably only go up to about 260 after this... Learning a lot..have no coach so Im kinda winging it... And, ya, I can't f-ing wait to eat man...lol.... I found myself watching Iron chef the other night and it was almost unbearable...haha.

good work with no coach.....Im dipping down to 70-80 grams/carbs for 5 days right now, then a higher day...I just hope ill be ready...
what type of pre load are you going to do going into show....Im doing a skipload @ 4 days out and hoping for the best...

I think I will do a 2.5 day load, and a little early like you, rather be safe than sorry, Really more excited about next years possibility as I have a few guys who would like to train me.And yes, we should def roll to the gym, make a few heads turn Im sure!! lol.Not sodium depleting... just a big carb and fat load.... I have no clue man..haha, winging it. Touygh with that little carbs hey? For guys our size 70 grams is might as well be 0 grams..lol.Like eating closer to around 500 grams a day...And , I think u will look great. We both look better than at least one guy that was at golds in calgary that said he was competing so hopefully theres only like 5 of us, we can place, and really do provincials right next year.I don't think I am ur size , im guessing about 10 -15 lighter than u at the moment..... I like being bigger, but leaner is okay too, had to buy a bunch of new shirts cause the old ones are def for winter weights..lol.I bet ur closet looks a lot like mine, clothes for big, and clothes for bigger..lol. Have a good one bro, I am off to the gym for back....

I won a bowling tournament when I was 11, always win when I play scrabble against the wifey....lol
Honestly,None, zero, zip, and nada....lol. But I at least have a couple of good coaches interested, hoping I can place and come to provincials next year looking like a machine..

cool beans bro...im PMing you a great link to an awesome skipload technique, very much like you are talking of doing....they say keep the water and sodium high right until the nite before....
this is the first time ive dieted and also im stoked for next yr....Monday im back right on track...On another board i was contacted by an amazing prep coach as well asking about trng etc....It gets me fired up...Check your PM s my man...
Have a great workout and we can get up there and do our best....Then eat cake, cookies, lasagna, ice cream etc after...lol:friday
