Anavar dosing

I just added anavar to my Test-E and I will be running it for probably 16 weeks. I think I am aiming for 40mg/day for the first 8 weeks and then 80mg/day for the last 8 weeks. Question is: What is the best way to break up 40 or 80mg/day. Take it twice a day, once in the morning and before bed, or 3 times a day or 4 times a day? I am just looking for the most effective way of taking it for maximum benefit.

I was thinking that, but I am not sure what the half life is like on Anavar, but I am sure it goes through the liver pretty quick. So I just thought to have a study supply with little to no decline that it would be better to break it up. I might be totally off though.

X2. Morning and evening. Example, for a 40mg daily dose try 20mg at 6 a.m. and 20mg at 4 p.m. this keeps blood levels stable as the hafe life is approximately 8-10 hours.

^^Wouldn't every 12 hours be more stable? You've got 10 hours then 14 hours between dosing...

i drop half when i get my ass out of bed (11am) and the other half at 7-8pm......works well for me......3 times a day would be optimal......

It is the mildest of all orals with the least amount of sides including being the least harsh on the liver. Having said that, I will still get my liver values checked after my first 8 weeks.

I'm currently running 60mgs a day. I take 30mgs when i wake up which is about 2 hours before i workout ( work 7pm-3am ) then 10mg every 4-5 hours later x 3 times. Been on for 12 days and feel great hardness and pumps already.

My wife is using 10mg per day. The caps came in at 10mg each. She tried taking one per day. Big mistake I think the half life is 11-12 hours and with this large dose once per day she was an emotional roller coaster. She switched to 2x per day 12 hours apart and all is good now.
