Hey guys

I naturally have a low appetite and a hyperactive metabolism (seriously, like a crack baby on a sugar high). Combine those two things and i can drop several pounds over just a few days where i dont keep a close eye on my diet.

So with that in mind, does anyone know of anything that can be taken while offf cycle to keep my hunger high?

Being born and raised in BC, I already know about THAT supplement, and its not an option.

Thanks for any info!

I've heard that B12 can help but I've never tried it myself.

Sounds exactly like me when I was younger.
The strategy I came up with [which isn't the healthiest for long term use] is :

"Cyclic SUGAR refeeding" Yes this is MINE, no I'm not gonna patent it...

sugars cause insulin spikes, which cause low blood sugar, which causes hunger pangs.

- Eat something HIGH in simple sugars and zero fat, zero fiber.
in 30 mins you'll likely be hungry again, getting the Protein in there is the tricky part: WHEY ISOLATE is very high GI for protein, so most people can combine about 15-30g of whey in with the sugar meals and still have it make you very hungry.

Good one- Chocolate whey iso[NO fats, no starches, no fiber],water, little bit of skim milk[125-250ml] and tons of chocolate syrup.
Gatorade during and after workouts works well too.

SO if you eat like that all day long for long enough, your body gets used to being hungry all the time and will continue the trend even after you start eating normally again. Just periodicly employ this from time to time.

remember, this is not healthy for longterm use as it will eventually cause insulin resistance and possibly diabetes.

Sides:

While not specifically used as a sedative, cyproheptadine causes sedation, likely due to its anti-histamine effects.

Digestive System: epigastric distress (dysphagia), loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, (it is noted that these side effects are much more common in people with neuromuscular disorders)

You can always get a lean gainer.
I do remember a thing called anabolex,3mg d-bol and 1.5 periactin.Just a few tabs is all you need just before bed time, makes you tired.

I have used them a few times now, they work OK but it does make you groggy for the first couple days. You get used to that effect after a few days, so it is a cheap drug to try. Truth is you may want to try the more natural methods as these are sustainable. Drugs are a temporary fix.
