To have a well balanced body I think they're very important. Why have a massive upper body and these little twig legs? Unless you have a small hammer and you're afraid it's going to look even smaller with big legs.

If you want a nice build, build your whole body. A great set of wheels is an awesome look. And girls love it.

yeah i 'm playing catch up with the upper body, which isnt as developed as my legs, but some girls love my legs,

not as much as i do


i used to have mirror set up just for looking at my legs , every day

I hate to say this, but I tried to help this guy, and he refuses to acknoledge the importance of a spot on diet and now is asking if training legs is important. Dude, you have to start changing the way you see things right now.

X2 Also if you drink as much beer and hard liquer as you can, when your on the sauce you will get huge..........(disclaimer: above information is only the factitious opinion of guidos @ your local gym)

About as important as training your left side triceps, biceps, forearm, delts, pec, and lat WITHOUT training your right side ones.

I do believe that by working your legs and them getting larger, your upperbody compensates by naturally growing a bit larger. Not true the other way around.

Anyone out there have a great routine for legs to gain a lot of mass on them? I have been training them hard, but can't get them to grow very quickly - They are cut, and have great definition, but size is lacking...Any suggestions would be great
