god damn... being a hero at my new gym... hack squatting 4 plates ATG...now my right knee snaps and pops when i move it....every time i bend it, the soft part right beside the middle (not the outside of the knee) hurts like a mother, i think i might have a minor tear or pulled the maniscus... i cant tell if there is ACL or MCL beacuse all the diagrams on the net dont give me much to work with

rotating ice every 2 hrs last night... the pain goes away after icing but as soon as i walk again its back

anyone have any similar issues? i think an MRI is in order, ill re assess at the end of the week... its unfortunate that i cant take time off work to elevate and not move aroudn...

not postponing my cycle, but i might be sporting the Y taper at the end of it :S

Last week I did a few sets of hack squats (had been a long time since I did them) and had sore knees for a few days after. Hopefully you won`t need to go the MRI route because if you want it done fast it will cost you hundreds of dollars. The waiting list I was told can be at least 6 months if you have your health card pay for it.
