I liked NO Explode. It gave me a lasting charge, allowed me to lift heavier and longer. This is no placebo or phycological effect. It was all physiological. As a result, i had better workouts.

It has its downsides though. You build a tolerence to it quickly. Thats why i only use 2 scoops on training days 15 min before workouts. It can give you headaches if your not careful, not good for focus at the gym. It can upset your stomach and give you the runs, like many other stimulants can. This is not good when your body needs nutrients NOW. It is ridiculous for any stim product to insist that you take it 30-45 minutes before a workout AND you should have an empty stomach. For me, that is a big no no for pre-workout nutrition. I had a shake 1 hour before gym, and NO Xplode about 30 min. later. They recommend waiting an hour after a shake. It has the potential to push any food right through you also. It is very expensive for what you get.

I may or may not try it again, i may just stick to what i was going to do, make my own stim concoction for a fraction of the price. If you can time it right, get the dose right, and use it effectively its not a bad option for a good stim before a workout.

Good review bro. I have had similar results with this product. I only use it when I am feeling really beat. Just like any other stim, I found when I used it for like a week straight, I started getting used to the product and it didn't seem to have the same effect after a while.

Good review bro. Personally I could never figure out how to have an empty stomach 45 minutes before training and still have a good workout. I also got wicked headaches from it, even from only 1 scoop sometimes.

I been thinking about that one but these drink and supps are pricey for what you get and a most of the time zero results.
