...is where i am.

I pretty much look like Will Ferrel when i take my shirt off now ("just thought you might want to see what a real skaters body looks like?? Drink it in....").

I've been out of the gym due to school and moving around, a nagging shoulder/elbow injury and other excuses that amount to me being a pussy. As of wednesday, Im off to Ottawa for 9 weeks where there wont be much for me to do but attend training for work and go to the gym.

So this is my notice that in 9 weeks I will turn my shit around and get back into shape where I enjoy taking my shirt off again. Im not the heee-yooogest guy on this board by any means, but Im selling myself way short by looking like a skinny, dumpy ****.

9 weeks to start getting the body back. If anyone has any decent motivating pics or advice on training aorund a shoulder/elbow pain id love to hear it.

Good luck, Ive been working around a shoulder injury also, I have been experimenting with different grips on the bench, seems ultra wide dosent seem to bother me to much, also I have been doing rotator cuff exersises, and although the pain is still there I FEEL stronger so thats important also. Just take it slow it will come.

bro your way too hard on yourself.. sure you might not be in the best shape right now but you have to realize there is much more to life then just lifting weights.. do yourself a favor and get a paper and pen and write down all the things you are thankful for.. you will soon realize that you are better off then you think.. either way, your body is something that can be molded in a rather quick time frame if you apply the knowledge and determination needed to do so.. good luck and keep your head up..
