hey bros any exercise that you know of to give you more width of the bicep? ive got a good peak and size but want more width when viewed form the front any suggestions?

Well what should add to my GNC multis, Gaspari Plasmajet, and Mysotatin blockers?

On a serious note if you think your "inner" bicep or the short head needs size then wider grip on the bar curls will hit.
Also try doing curls with the bench at 45 degrees, elbows in, with your hands out from your body

First off, you need to study astro physics for sometime until you get the basic grasp of it, then get on top of the toilet to change the lightbulb and purposely fall off banging your head and giving yourself a mild concussion, if my calculations are correct, you should awake with the theory of the flux capacitor in mind, with this newfound idea you should be able to go on to build your own time machine travel back through the fabric of time wherebouts your mother was picking a mate, and a la "back to the future" , arrange so that your mother meets and marries a man that has arms with deep full muscle bellies, there by giving you a chance to build arms such as how you describe to wanting.:flowers seriously though once you have developed your arms to the max I really dont think you are going to add any width unless you go the synthol route and that will just make your arms get bigger overall, so my best advice is to keep lifting hard!

theres at least 2 guys at my gym who pump and pose the bi's every time i see them... tri's flat like a 9 year olds chest

I agree with the tris cause they make up the majority of your arm girth.

Study the physiology of your biceps brachaii, brachialis, coracobrachiali, and supinator. They all play a role in flextion of the arm and many think the bicep brachaii are the primary flexor, which is not the case. If you want to increse the width then focus on movements of supination and angled grip supported curls.

All you can do is make your arm bigger, I dont think you can target certain areas such as lower, outer head or upper head...IMHO is all BS. Just work on making your whole arms big and stick with the basics. Also work your triceps hard, without big tris you will never have big arms.

yes im doing NBs in november, might do nationals next year, still be a junior so it seems appealing.

well it depends which exercise we're talking about?... but lets says I go heavy, 3 sets with 6-8 reps, but somes i can only get out 4 reps on the last set.
