my cousin went for a month to get married and meet his new inlaws. His airfare was more then his hotel bill and food bill combined.

Woah, you can get airfare much cheaper than that.. look a little harder CM... You can get there for under 1k.

Food cheap, rooms cheap.

Have fun!

You can get packages for like 3k that include a tour guide, hotel stays, food etc. I've been thinking about going myself......

Ive been to shanghai, went for a 3 day shopping spree and flew back home. Super culture shock, and i've been all over the world so thats saying something. The knockoff clothing is really not worth it, probably won't find much in clothes if ur a bigger guy. I was 5'8 200lbs and found 1 pair of pants that fit, and 3 pairs of track pants that i BLEW the crotch outta while at the gym haha. I flew free (suckers, was on buddy pass), but if you're planning on flying there i wouldn't fly on a shitty airline, 14 hours in economy in shitty seats with no entertainment is enough to make u wanna jump out the window. Aircanda FTW.
