my last cycle i was injecting right into the bis... wasnt too bad as long as i didnt hit a nerve or somthin... like all the other muscle groups though once the muscle gets used to it, it doesnt seem to hurt. calf hurt like a bitch, and they hurt for like 3-4 days after the fact...

i inject bi's each week... usualy 1.5ml... its not like most muscles tho. Your quads and glutes even delt take there vergin shots pretty well... however the first time you do bi's (or calf shots) most people are MIA for atleast 1 day. The key is to stick to it and make sure you doing the best injection technic that you can. Even after probabley 100 bi shots i still regularly check spotinjections.com to make sure i am doing it properly.
if you realy wanna think of pain... igf-1 lr3 in AA (even diluted in nacl) injected into a pumped bi.... nothing quite like it.;)

wow 1.5 into each bi??? no wonder your huge...lol..The pain that i'm feeling today is unreal i don't want to even think about how much 1.5cc would feel like. left arm is sore but not as bad as my right bi, i can't bend it and it's red on the inner part of my bi. Usually the red shows up whenever i inject a smaller muscle, does anyone know why this happens?

I believe it is just tissue inflammation caused by the BA content in the gear. Take some Motrin/Ibuprofen/Advil to reduce inflammation.

Ye it's swollen, been popping back those Advils all day seems to help with the soreness a bit.

i find them like most other parts.. you have to palpitate for "sweet spots".
Have never found any on my calves tho...

I easily shoot 2cc into each bi every 4 days. Its not painful at all. I always use a 23g 1" pin too. Make sure you guys are using proper injection protocols:
a) Use a sharp pin EVERY time. Change the tip after withdrawing from the vial.
b) Inject SLOWLY. This will keep the muscle trauma down. I usually take 30 seconds for each "cc" to go in.
c) Make sure you are finding the PEAK of the bicep. This is the "meatiest" part of the muscle. By finding this, flex your bi, and point to the peak with a finger using the other arm. Now slowly relax your arm and KEEP YOUR FINGER on that part of the bicep. YOU MUST SHOOT THERE. You will find that it is very high up on the arm. This is okay, as most of our biomechanics are different from person to person. Good luck.

1cc no problems. Just don't use painful gear.

the "peak" is the SMALLER head of the bicep, So the inner head is going to be more "meaty".

bi's aren't too bad, as long as the gear isn't painful....calves just plain suck. won't try them again (yes call me a baby, i don't care! LOL)
