looking to go on again and have never tried deca before. i havew ran eq and tren but was wondering what was beter eq or deca. a friend of mine just finished a eq tren winny stacked with test cyp that had great results. i was going to go with deca cyp dbol kickstart but was looking for some input. shoul di swap the deca for eq or run the same as my friend.

I like test and EQ. I have never really been a fan of deca but everybody id different.

eq is great for vascularity and increased lean mass and appetite

deca is better for weight gain but water retention can be an issue, very good drug for joints and overall well being..

so it really depends on your goals.

Deca does wonders for my old hobbled body. Make sure you do test along with it.

Im on a Test 600mg/wk and deca 45omg/week now and am loving it. Little bloat and I have not slept a descent night in 3 weeks. But gains seem good so far (for 3 weeks in).

your most likely feeling the water gain at 3 weeks..I like that effect though...

I'd say that sums it up. I feel the same way, I think it depends on the goal. I'd say test/deca for the bulking season, then for cutting maybe test/eq and maybe tren. Although diet plays a role too, less water with a cleaner diet.

I'd go EQ as it also has deca's ability for collagen synthesis. In fact a tad stronger. Overall has everything you want.



Deca @ 3 mg/kg a week(about 270 mg/wk for a 200 lb male) will increase procollagen III levels by 270% by week 2

Equipoise @ 3 mg/kg will increase procollagen III by approximately 340%

i ran deca last cycle had no problems with it loved the joint support...and yeah the water weight was a tad a problem...the bloated face look i did not like...right now im trying out eq and seeing how it goes...try them both and decide which one is for u...depends on goals and the diet u have while running it...

I avoid deca because it shuts me down completely, but that can differ from person to person. I've used EQ many times and for almost up to a year at a time and I've been satisfied with the gradual lean gains. However, I had to cut EQ out of my current cycle last month because I developed some very uncomfortable anxeity. It has been about 5 weeks since I stopped and it's pretty much gone so I think it's safe to say EQ was causing it. That can obviously differ from person to person as well.

So to decide on which to use, I'd probably follow the advice of powerrack and canadianmuscle and decide for yourself what your goals really are.

good luck! oh I guess I should say even though they've had some bad sides for me, both do work great for what they're supposed to do :)

for me it's deca during the fall winter months I get alot of water retention from deca to a point where my face looks like a pumpkin head and with EQ i use it for spring and summer for the lean cut up look with no water retention look ..

It all depends on your goals and how vigorous PCT you are planning. Deca binds much better to the AR thus a much more aggressive PCT is necessary. EQ has some interesting effects ie increased RBC, increased appetite (individualistic), and although it is long ester it does start working much faster than the half life suggests. Water retentin is usually much less with EQ as well but gains are not as profound. Deca on the other hand does wonders for the joints.
For novices...ie less than a few years cycling EQ is a better choice. Either way of you are going to run dbol it shoudl be started week4-5 to get the best synergistic effect possible. Starting it off the bat will result in less then optimal gains.

Experiment! But for me, late fifties, deca is out of the question. The bloat, especially in my face, only makes me look older yet. EQ, though, seems to have just the opposite effect – leaning yet still dense & vascular. Takes time though. On EQ, in stressful situations, I've noticed my heart beats crazy and I can hardly breathe. May be the much ballyhooed anxiety effect, or it just may be the roids in general.

I prefer Test and EQ.. I find Deca gives me gyno issues that is hard to beat back, plus it messes with my dick.
