So yesterday I got acused of something at work that they will be investigating me about. It is over something that is pretty much borderline retarded, and if I really did do it I would of admited to it in a heartbeat.I would probably get repromanded in someway, but not fired.
Without being able to go into details with it due to my job. I am put in a position where my boss should trust me enough to even get my side. Instead she accused me without even asking. We had an argument about it and then she said that I will be investigated about the issue, and I kindly told her that if she is going to pin this BS on me that she could go **** herself because I am not working for someone who calls me a liar.
Its now the next day and I will be heading into work soon, and if shes still going to give me shit over this I am going to give her the altimatum of either giving me my 2 weeks now so that I may spend the rest of my summer on ei, or I am leaving right now and not comming back and she can do a ****ing 24 hour shift.
Alot of people at my work have taken a lot of shit from this bitch just like my situation now. I dunno if I am just an asshole for not letting this slide, but this is not my first issue with her, and I feel that my self respect is worth more than a 12/hr job even though its a gateway to a good career.
And I have been told that I have anger issues lol? I am not being irational am I lol?

No its a pretty small business. How can I get ei? if I quit will that work? If I wanted to be an asshole I could probably bury them with the labour board, but I am not mad at anyone, but her so that seems a little unfair.
As I said there is no way she would fire me. I believe that she is pinning something that happened most likely on her shift on me just to cover her own ass

I have told a few of my bosses to go **** themselves and walked out, I always regret it the next day or two when I calm down. I have a really hard time taking any kind of shit at all and if I think im right, there is not turning back. I honestly wish I wasnt like this and could think rationally when I lose my temper, so take it from me bro, dont throw it all away because you lost your temper, calm down and try to talk about it with her.

Go talk with her boss or the owner. Explain the issue in detail. Do not go into other peoples issues. Speak directly of what you know. You may gain some respect from the top people as opposed to them just righting you off as trouble making twit. If that fails you can then go the labour board route.

I have a pretty similar issue going on where I work. For some reason this wannabe wants to put me don and we almost had a confrontation yesterday.
On Monday I'll be filling a complaint with the gym's manager, that will give me enough time to cool down and be calm when I talk to them and file the papers and enough time for her to apologize.
I know she will not apologize and that she wants to go forward in management therefore when I make my harassment complaint will be a problem in her file as no company cares about low level management.
I'd tell you to do the same: calm down, file an official complaint and let the manager to take care of everything, speak less, use e-mails to communicate in order to have everything in paper and whenever you are about to loose your cool excuse your self go to the bathroom take a deep breath and them come back.
The less you talk to her the better it is!
YES BUDDY! I totally told my boss to go **** himself a few months ago. It felt excellent. I have since found a new job that pays way better for less work. :)

my bad, thought he meant he was on 12 hour shifts, at 12 bucks an hour I think you may be able to find another job that pays more or the same, life is too short to work at a shitty job with meathead supervisors, just me though!

Never say anything when your angry. You will regret it later. The best way to make someone look like a retard is to keep your cool put it in writing and let managment deal with it. Once your stoop to their level how much better are you? Since you kniw it wasn't your fault be cool anger will not make it better.

I think you may be able to claim it if she has sexually molested/touched/made inappropriate comments towards you. I dated a chick who pulled this stunt and she was able to collect. Didn't even happen - she just didn't want to work.

Glad to read that your issue has been ressolved.
It is never a good idea to act without thinking things throughly first.
On your case the site employment advisor commeetee did not have enough background on you to asses you better, I understand that you wanted to protect your identity a little and this is fine.
Telling your boss to go **** herself can and has been used in the past, and will probably always be a tool of communication in the future.---telling your boss **** off, will not get you unemployment whatsoever---you would be terminated for insubordination or harrassement towards a superior I believe.
If you feel the urge to tell your boss off...remember rule number 1: She/he may be responsible for your checks.---checks equal gas, rent, food, gear, gym membership, hair cut, baby food (in order of importance).
Like avenue 2 programs for the dmd?
