GNC is good for peripheral supplements at fairly good prices, but you get even better prices from Supplements Canada (http://www.supplementscanada.ca/) (including some great protein drinks). Beyond the amino acid combo arginine-ornithine, you get nothing specifically for bodybuilding that really works, though, as I say, the protective peripherals are pretty good at either place.

yup, the one that i have is a 52.5mg blend superdrol and pplex. there's another one that's havoc, superdrol and haladrol ALL IN ONE CAP!!! you can get some crazy stuff and it could seriously fry your liver. most people who are too affraid to try it but i'm going to give it a go, maybe just 1 cap a day at first then try to work my way up to 2 caps.

i'm running it alongside 800mg test and a bit of eq.

If not, then you know your wasting your time. There are some things that are "pro hormone" which just means it tries to boost your natural testosterone, but typically nothing significant.

ISO XP is garbage, 50 grams per scoop, because the scoop is twice as big as a normal serving... which is why in a 2lb jug theres only like 15-16 servings. also, one full scoop has 210 cals, but half a scoop has 110? oh really now? their math is amazing i tell yah. so maybe its not actually 50, its like 12.

You want to miss out on the best because of quibbles it's up to you. That's very few calories for 50 gm of protein. Also tastes great. I use the vanilla on my Alpen in the morning.

If they were really that good, there would be more companys making it and more people taking it. Most of the search results are just people asking if superdol is a steroid. No one has said yes so far. Also the companies put warnings for "tested athletes" so they think it is a steroid. They'll say things like "MAY TEST POSITIVE" or "ATHLETES SHOULD CHECK WITH THEIR REGULATION".

You should check, but you'd be wasting your time.
