Good luck to all of those who are competing tomorrow.
Remember, regardless of how you place the only thing that matters is if you can look yourself in the mirror tomorrow morning knowing you did absolutely everything you could have to try and win. If you can say that then that is all that matters.
I will be attending the show in Ottawa to watch and help a few peeps. Having seen a few competitors already this is looking like it'll be a good show. We all know Laura's shows are full of great competitors year after year.
Enjoy carb-up ;)
Ya i will be at the show, best of luck to all that enter.

Good lord!! If the avatar is you, then you are correct, the others will need luck, and lots of it, because from where I am at, you are taking it all!!
I will be there tomorrow, and of course for the Ottawa;s in November--competing the Ottawa's.

This is going to be my first show so I think it will be a great experience. Not sure if I will do any more show in the future, I know I don't have the genetics to go that far and the cost/reward ratio for the lower level shows just isn't worth it.
I mainly entered because several years ago my orthopedic surgeon told me I would probably never walk again and I could definately no longer weight train. I intend on sending him a picture from the show.
If anyone from the boards is going to be there feel free to stop me and say hi if you see me, would be nice to put some faces with names.
The Ottawa show has been known in the past for having a pretty bad showing, but from what I have seen so far this year there is going to be some great competitors there. I just hope they are not in my weight class :)
All kidding aside, I entered with the goal of winning, but the main thing is I wanted to enjoy the experience. I cant wait for tomorrow, I just hope there is a tour guide or something because I have no idea where I supposed to go or what I am supposed to do after weigh-in. The website is horrible and hasnt been updated in ages.
Now all I need to work on is getting rid of this damn lower body water retention

I actually have a few buds using viagara for the stage. Great pumps and better vascularity. Tested for a few weeks prior. No wood issues.
Big difference from without to with.

But he didnt do well, stayed at my place last night and i knew when I saw him this morning he was in trouble.
Cant nail it everytime, hope he still does the level III in June though. Enough time to correct the mistakes I think.

i was at the show this weekend and it was my first time attending the mississauga show. The competition was really awesome. The administrative part of the show sucked, from the way they handled the music to helping the competitors go on stage. They kind of treated the competitors like shit considering what they've been going through. lots of sponsors selling crap too that had nothing to do with bodybuilding...they really wanted to make money!
Ya the show was small, but i give my hat off to everyone that was on stage.
