Does this happen to anyone else here? I have been to all the other websites on the internet and this is the only one that freezes, I am going to call Bill Gates and complain. Anyone have his cell number? I will just text him about it cause he is probably busy n stuff,~BC :lick

What is your internet connection speed. It might be the flash banners as they are 1mb in size. I had a complaint about it from another member too.

... that was me and I'm pretty sure it's the liquidnrg banner that gives me grief. though why I don't know.
... Clearing the temporary internet files helps although I still get the liquidnrg logo flashing in the middle of the screen when i try to move previous I no longer have to move previous twice.
Its not your browser or OS' fault, the banners drove me nuts in the beginning, so much so that i had to block them in my browser, since then I havent had any problems.

Hmm...do you know when this problem started or is it very recent. I added Google Analytics in the background to give me full stats for CBB.
I added it in 3-4 days ago. Is that when your problem started?

no, its been doing it for a few weeks for sure, I honestly think its more of an issue with my PC, I am shopping for a new one this weekend, I have had this one for 4 years, its outdated, I need more ram and I think my OS is slowly deteriating. I have had a bad virus that I was able to get rid of and it hasnt been the same since. I want a dual core processor.

I WAS ABOUT to post about the speed myself.
I have noticed that the site won't load as it used to. I have noted the changes since last weekend...I knew that there were changes made.
How can I fix this small issue? Or is this something you have to work on MP??

Gmail in IE somehow slows my system to a crawl. In Firefox no issues leaving a gmail window open all day. I think it's Microsoft's way of making me use hotmail, so **** off billy!

Firefox is much smoother than IE. You'll notice the difference fast.

*sigh* If only there were providers that would offer that, i could download 100 times more porn :D

ie7, fast connection, and a quad core w/ 8 gigs and a nice clean install of vista.
I think it's a problem worth solving as the usual response to a site giving a new user issues is simply to move on.
I'm not sure what all the page transition events are but I'd bet that at least on of the flash banners is being loaded multiple times.
The liquidNRG banner definitely flashes up at odd times and places.

I know basic images will refresh out of cache (being the users computer cache so it's fast). But I'm not sure about flash files if they get reloaded every time you refresh the page or they come out of cache too. I'll do some research and see if it's the flash banners.
