... ya... not that great... don't have a more recent one yet... will take one soon... maybe after this cycle (numero 2... number 1 was about 6 or 7 months after that pic i think)... I'm about 15 lbs. of lean muscle heavier now i'd say though....

Definately not one of the bigger guys on here yet... I think my genetics might kinda blow, but I'm hopin' to end up at around 205 after my next cycle, at a still somewhat lean bf % (oh ya... finally decided on a cycle of test c/deca/dbol.... 1st cycle was 150mgtest prop eod)...

Sorry I don't have a current pick, maybe get a before 2nd cycle pic up here too.... but a good idea of what i had to start with.... mind you I did weigh about 225 about 5 months before this pic (fat!), worked hard on that... anywhoo

how much have you progressed since? hard to make comments w/out a recent pic!!
upper arms and delts look meaty to start with
areas i would target: traps and forearms

howss the legs?

Always takes a while to build quality muscle..doesn't happen over night or with just a few cycles.

ya, i know it sux w/o a recent pic, as i said i'd try and take a new one to put up sometime soon... i'd say about the same bf +15-20 lbs.

ya, upper arms, delts and legs come along fairly well on me, problem areas have been as you said: traps and forearms, as well as pecs...

i'll try and get a pic of the wheels too (will be a now pic though, obviously.. lol)

Thanks, ya I've been tryin' hard for a while and it does take a while... just thought i'd get an early on pic up to see what some may think of the base i had to work with... had been workin' out a couple years (wish i woulda started younger, may have been easier to build a better base... no excuse though)

I also realize i started gear earlier on in my physical transformation than many would suggest to... but I really have a tough time puttin' muscle on (or so I think... lol) and I'm impatient... lol.... not the greatest of reasons, but I've learned a lot and made sure I knew how to implement the aide of aas properly...

New pics comin' soon...
