when the results are tallied (once i have at least 500 completed) i will post that they're done and if your interested in the results...

so far pretty interesting.. have about 60 done... some things are expected and others are not as expected...

if your hoping for 500 replies I hope you have more then just this board to gather your data from. there might not even be 500 active members on here. I would post on the other boards as well.

Pretty sure that surveymonkey tracks and records IP addresses of respondents.

there is no IP collected... I turned that option off in surveymonkey....

jsv22.... this is a survey to lead into another survey if that makes any sense.. looking at a general view of usage, age, side effects, discrepencies... ie. data so far shows that most people consider their side effects mild.. but then click off almost every single side effect listed.. interesting to me anyway.. i would consider that a bit higher.. at least medium level... after this then will do some create some more specific surveys..

again thanks for everyone's help so far. for those interested, pm me if you want the results i can share them once survey is done..
