Alright, so I'm pescatarian. If you dont know it means i eat seafood but no no pork, beef or chicken. Personal choice but not going to change.

that out of the way, I'm 5"11, 165-170 pounds, I can fluctuate between 3 pounds everyday. Im pretty fit but i want to put on more weight and get up to 175. I train 4-5 days a week, and have been for the past 2 years.
Now without the meat I know I'm losing alot of protein and what-not, but what do you think would be a pretty good alternative for me. I eat alot of salmon, tuna, tofu, and pretty healthily, but haven't done any supplements for along time.

any meals you guys can think of that i can put together ? I know i should probably supplement to make up from the loss of meats, suggestions for that aswell?
thanks

creatine, protein powder, vit c, b complex magnesium and zinc. You will gain some nice weight off that.

I don't know a lot about tofu but I am afraid of anything with soy, way too much estrogen, I'd drop that if I was you.

Tofu tastes fine if you know how to cook it.

Whit e people can absorb only 16% of it's protein according to Poliquin.

But at the same time it is highly estrogenic.

Is pescatarian a person that eat anything that doesn't scream when it dies????

Wow, I gonna admit fish is yummy but place a salmon next to a grilled steak and I'll dig on that meat without thinking.

Ah ha ha ha, so true... I sometimes wheel them in with a big meal, then when they get tired and go take a nap, I pounce on them and do the deed.

You're really limited on what you can eat. Try to incorporate lentils somehow with your fish? No idea how that'd taste but I fry extra lean beef and then mix it together with lentils (with hot spices). It ends up being almost like mashed potatoes. Maybe try that with tuna but I bet it'd be revolting.

Fish cry when you kill them too you know? You just can't see it cuz the tears mix with the sea. I bet they are even more hurt by it because they have no arms to fight back.

You sick bastard.
