Are you looking specifically for a natural bodybuilding show?

Events maybe listed as natural, but there are a lot of competitors that aren't!

You should go see a few show,to see how lean these guy can get,and train at a hard core gym as you will see these guy's up close.
Well 3-5% for a show is amazing if you can get down that low.

Pre-judging is the judging portion of the show. Finals are where the awards are given out, where you perform your posing routine...etc.
There is a show in Mississauga this weekend why don't you go check it out??

so what is the process to become an ifbb in canada?

do you have to win the novice, then levels 1 through 4 first?

then are you considered a pro, or you need to win further contests?

this is to me, i'd like to start learning more.

In Ontario we have a tier system. You must place in the top 3 to advance to the next level.
Level 1 - City show - London, Ottawa...etc
Level 2 - Regional show - Western, South Central...etc
Level 3 - Provincial show
Level 4 - Nationals or North Americans

If you win the overall at the Nationals or NA's then you get a pro card. There are exceptions (Masters class for example) but that should cover most of it.
