Anyone else feel gross eating while dieting?

I feel like such a hick it's not funny when I eat. Like a dog rooting around in the garbage for food - snarls and gunts included.

I shovel food back to quick I swear I am setting world records and I am not even remotely into anything hardcore dieting yet!!!

Had a cheat meal on Sunday and my Aunt and Uncle took me out for dinner. I had to remember I was in public and to slow it down LOL

Anyone else?

I ate an entire rotisseri chicken and a 2L carton of whole milk at my Grandmas house for lunch on suday, she ate 1 peice of toast with butter on it and we finished at the same time lol.

She honestly thinks I have some sort of "eating disease" as she calls it lol, my dad just laughs.

Im the opposite... I try and take my time as much as I can and savor my food cause i know that once that its done... Absolutly no more food till my next meal time... Its quite depressing finishing a meal actually :(

do u find ur heart rate rises when u have ur cheat meal or when u eat like that...even if I don't eat lots but just different-my heart feels like it is going to pound out of my chest and I get super hot from my heart rate being elevated and everything else too (blood sugar levels etc..etc...) ??

I barely even chew my food. Thats what happens when you have two brothers. You eat fast or you dont get seconds.
