So-SOMETIMES after leg day....my legs feel EXTRA sore, tight and brittle-like they could snap or crack.....why do SOME days feel like this more than other days?? Have I pushed myself harder?? Maybe I need to add another supplement?? or take more of something?? Maybe all of the above? Hmmm?
could be many things.....diet, training, hormones, weather etc.....these things are tricky to diagnose......whats your leg training like?? give me an example of an average leg day.....

Well-it varies....I go to a place for training....and they always switch it up-I guess this day in particular contained ALOT more squats, lunges, calve exercises than usual (along with other leg exercises)....and many different varieties.....and the pace was alot quicker that day...and holding even heavier weights while doing some of them....that was the only thing really that much different....I was thinking....lactic acid?? plus it was just a heavier, faster workout than usual???? In which ways were u thinking that diet and hormones could affect it-out of curiosity....perhaps this is something I need to know more about?? Thanks :helphehe

Training hard and heavy you are going to feel like this. If your body is not used to it you are going to have some pain.
Like the ol'saying goes no pain ....no gain ;)
Keep at it :)

another thing to consider which might help is over hydrating. Joints and tendons can become brittle when not hydrating properly. Often we think we are well hydrated but reality is we are not!
