hey everybody,

i am in to the middle of week 2 on my test/eq with tbol kickstart, an my blood presuure has gone up a fair bit. although i don't think it's at the point where i should be too worried, i know it's expected to go up on cycle. basically i was wondering at what point i should start to be concerned. i'm checking it every 10days or so.

i'm 5'8 190lbs and about 12-13% bf. 10 days before i started my cyle my bp was 110/64 with a pulse of 52. almost 2 weeks in i'm at 140/79 with a pulse of 71. i am trying to keep my sodium low but it's difficult with eating 4000cal/day. i am drinking minumum 6L of water a day. basically is there anything else i can do to keep my bp in check?

Are you doing any cardio at all? You should hit the bike, or go for a run. That will help bring your BP down.
How old are you? 140/79 is getting up there...

Could be any of the anabolics that are causing your bp to go up, i would start by dropping the t-bol.

get it checked by a doctor, those machines arent really accurate...... mine on the machine is 143/78 with a pulse of 97...... at the doctor im 124/64

id only worry if it got actually high, not just high normal, agreed cardio does help keep bp down

i am 21 years old, and as far as cardio, i've been doing only about 1-2 sessions a week (about 20-30). i am starting up work again tomorrow, which involves fairly heavy labour. i don't wanna quite drop the t-bol yet...unless my bp gets a bit higher i will. i made an appointment with my doc for next week so i'l check it out and go from there. as far as cardio goes, i've always been very fit and my bp has always been in the 110/60 range and my rhr is usually high 40's( i did a lot of endurance training before i decided to bulk up)

meanwhile, is there any otc supps i can take to help? i seem to recall that hawthone berry(not sure) helps to lower bp as well? meanwhile i'l incorporate a few more cardio session, and try to keep the sodium to a minimum.

thx or the feedback guys,

Hey guys.

While I was on npp/testp/dbol/adex, I had 166 of blood pressure. After I finished dbol, I'm back to 135.
