It has a good ingredient profile, but not sure it would make any difference than using any regualr cheapo whey. Here`s the profile:

On paper yes, not so sure it pans out in real life. I gave the slow releasing stuff a try for a few months once and couldn`t tell the difference. That muscle milk did taste good though... But like I said, not saying it`s a bad protein, just wouldn`t expect to see any major difference over a whey concentrate. Why would you want a protein that takes more than 2-3 hours to digest anyway during the day when you normally eat that often? Just assuming here.

Yea i cant help but see only 14 servings in a container and the stuff is ridicuously priced, i would still stick to just whey concentrate, and casein. Sometimes i mix the two. gives you the best of both worlds.
