It seems like going from 20-12 was much easier. Diet was on, training was on. Somewhere around 12% bodyfat and 16 weeks however the urge to lose just faded away. I started thinking I looked good enough. I started thinking maybe I should have some of that yummy food. Basically the brain said enough. I've been floating around 11-12% for about 8 weeks now.

The problem of course is that I'd like to end up around 12% at christmas rather than 18-20. To do this I really do need to clean off some more fat.

I assume it's not just a matter of will power. What are the tricks to bringing your body fat down once your brain/body start telling you they're pretty happy where they are?

will power my friend is the only trick I know. Oh... and edible oil products. Zero cal bbg sauce, zero cal pop... go to the zero calories market. lots of shit there

sorry bud. getting lean and holding muscle is the single most challenging thing we do. If your mind isnt up to it, your body wont follow. You sound smart enough to know already that its all about discipline. Diet, cardio, rest, DIET. Train. DIET lol

if you want to spontaneously combust while having a massive headache. Ive read very mixed reviews about DNP. I dont think i would touch it.

I would touch it but I don't think it has any place going from 12-8%. That's not exactly close to contest condition just old fashioned lean. I think the 2 a day cardio plus 5 day workout routine recommended by praetorian early in the thread is likely the best advice so far. practical and simple.
