i`ve used muscletech`s shit before. energy was ok pump was good. made me shakey.lol

think i might try to get "black powder" . . .

whats your choice, and why that product ?

Read these blogs...it was all I felt like searching for on the i-net...I'm not saying ALL supliments are bunk (most are), I'm just saying be weary of false claims and hearsay. Some things work (barely), but Diet is the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT SUPLIMENT. run a clean diet with cardio, be consistant and save your money for Chicken, fish, beef, quality carbs and veggies.

The only supps I truley believe in are:

Protein (doesn't substitute the real thing, but is good if you are in a hurry or not hungry enough for real food)

EFA's (fish oils, flax, natty PB)

ECA fat burners (these are NOT miracle fat melters, but help if your diet is clean...and I mean clean)

THERE ARE NO MIRACLE PILLS OUT THERE, NOT EVEN STEROIDS...THE BEST PRODUCTS YOU CAN BUY ARE ALL AT YOUR LOCAL GROCERY STORE. STEROIDS, AND (very few) SUPLIMENTS WILL HELP ALONG THE WAY...BUT FOOD IS YOUR MAGIC PILL.

yeah no doubt, if he knew anything about genetics he'd know steroids are about as close to a ****ing miracle you can get , as is hgh. the whole thing makes me wonder about the possibility of us being better before god got angry we were unruly hormone fulled stock. ( it seriously says this ) .


obv diet and training come first, i have those down

i think i'm going to try the shotgun as it seems to have a good rap and sp seems to have the gut rot effect that some other no products left me with

meh.. while what you're saying is true, pre-workout drinks aren't all BS. yeah, muscletech (and others) have a bunch of marketing hype, but there are still some good products on the market.

when people are looking for pre-workout helpers, saying eat lots of protein, efas, etc isn't much help. the drinks are obviously for pump, energy, focus, etc which eating isn't going to do shit for. some of these products do what they claim, and VPX NO Shotgun is certainly one of them. i've spent tons of $$ along the way on products that end up being SHIT, as have a lot of us, so when there's actually a good product worth talking about, we do.

obviously diet and vitamins, etc come into play, but this isn't the thread for that.

I cant suggest a good one but I can tell you that Dymatize Xpand SUCKS, buddy gave me 2 half full tubs; first sign this stuff sucks lol. Both Grape and Cherry taste awful with a really weird aftertaste and it gives me a gross stomach ache deffinatly not worthwhile for the little bit of extra pump you get.

I'm not looking for an internet fight...just posting info on some bunk supliments out there. You're the one that flew off the handle. Spend your money how you choose, it's your choice. I don't see much point using these types of products if you are on gear. Especially the high dose you are on. Protein yes, as AAS aid in the synthisis of protein.

i have long ****ing days, and my diet is structured around limited carbs and sugar.

i get up around 5:30 shower, get ready for work, go to work, work till 4:30 lifting 30lb pieces of metal with my left arm all day ( in an awkwrd position like you were lifting a pizza box ) i pick my son up when i get home from work,
fight passing out while i try and get his and his mothers dinner ready , and mine for pre and post work out.

i find a little bit of energy is a great boost and have been using those b vitamins quite frequently ,

something that will pick me up focus me and help me get through my work out is not a waste of money to me,

sure i could pound back a jolt but would have the same effect ? i think not ?

and wouldnt something with creatine help my muscles recover just that little bit extra to help me feel better working a manual labor job all ****ing sore ( most people pop perks and oxy's at my work , are drunk or stoned , i do smoke a few blunts a day @ work , which also tires me out towards the end of the day )


so yeah, even though i've chosen no shotgun this thread has gone on and on ...oh lol

you might still get a bit of upset stomache, since it's more effective around 45 mins after you eat... its a lot less severe than the other stuff that ive tried though... all the other ones had me runnin to the can.

i drank the shotgun throughout my cycle. i was only on 500mg test/week, but i was always tired so it helped A LOT for my workouts.. i imagine it will benefit you the same way.. just because you're on gear doesn't necessarily mean you're rarin to go 24/7 to throw weights around.. especially since you're workin, got a family, etc...

shotgun sounds like its the best bet it's worth a try too, after all i usually down one of those 7 hour things before hand anyways ,

but take it at night and your up all night!

kicks in really fast to like not even ten mins and i feel it!

i like it but i like SP250 more

so yeah 500mg of tren last time around did me wonders.

i wasnt as bulky as i could have been , but the goal has been to stay reasonably lean, ( not full on bulk )

yerah that was from last summer, when i spent more time drinking and ****ing then training and eating right,

yeah yeah i know. i'm not doing that this time around, i made great gains considering my terrible ****ing diet and lifestyle ( broke shit off with my sons mother, was on cycle and basically did the frat boy life untill this xmas or so ) ,

i'm not huge but at 6'2' 220lbs i do ok ,

i'd also like to mention that i have always had a terrible upper body , last year when that pic was taking my bf was obv low but my quads cam in at a 19-5,

so i know where my weight is,

i'm built like trex

and yeah i was that small ( spent my chilhood going through judo taekwondo , ju jitsu, muay thai, bmx for many years )

my previous goal was to not be a 280lb piece of shit like i was, i never wanted to be big , as i got bigger my ability to ride my bike well decreased ( i own a bmx/life style brand ) GETTING BIG WAS COMPLETELY DETRIMENTAL TO MY PERFORMANCE )
