first day back, did some chest shoulders lats and trap work,

pulled something in my hams second set of squats :/ so my leg day was cut short,

lol at the kid that spent more time fiddling with his ipod, and wow people usually stay at the gym for only like 15 mins ?
wtf

nice gym though, owner is awesome.

off to the mall with the fam, should i buy any gay sups ?

**** i just got my first bucket of black powder this week and i love the effects at the gym but after i feel all ****ed like paranoid!

ya i picked up a big thing of eas whey blend.

seems like i'm back into their stuff ( bsn is too pricey lol , rather spend my money on real meat )

i've been using their myoplex for brekkie and pow ( mixed with gatorade )

a NO product is the only thing i've thought of getting other then bcaas
a buddy was saying how he loved black powder, maybe i'll pick it up

how do you find it ? energy wise ? pumps ? does it make you jittery and shakey as **** ? i'm guessing yes if it make you paro ,, lol

Ya bro..you got to watch those hammies.And when you do strain them,go back slowly.The other day i got two unbelievable cramps in them which left me kinda injured and i had to cut them out of my legworkout for 2 weeks and lost a lot of strenght in the process.Those suckers always need extra warming up

I drank way too much superpump 250 before a hockey game once, Halfway throught the first period I was sitting on the bench paranoid as ****, everyone was trying to smash me...the refs were conspiring against me...wtf...LOL It was a retarded amount tho~never again
