Hey guys. . I've been playin with some higher doses this year and I have learned the hard way how harsh this can be for your immune system.

I have finally decided to just get back to basics. . run a keto diet and not recover totaly but I'd like to come down to some near/normal levels for a while.

I am also really tired of pinning. I have in the past found as a good cruise that about 300 a week of test and hcg for a few weeks seems to give m e a nice reset. I'm tired of pinning though.

What do you guys think of doing a cruise with like say. . 25mg dbol a day? And hcg at 1000 3 x week. For say. . 8 weeks then hit up a more low dose long term type of cycle.

I was thinking 500mg test and 1000mg primo and 5iu growth (the growth I am just running constant) for 20 weeks after the 8 weeks.

Am I being stupid? Should I just cruise at say 200 test a week? I'm not interested in coming off entirely. I grow ****ING fast on high doses, but it's not maintainable for me as I end up getting sick and losing most of it.

Does anyone have info on what gear IMPROVES immune function or at least doesn't hinder it? This is important to me as I've spent 8 weeks this year with a cold/flu/whatever and at this point I've put on 80lbs this year of which I've lost 55ish.

I was wanting to compete. Right now I"d be happy just to wake up without a cold/flu and go about my day looking large an happy.

I know this is a little bit of a ramble. . but hell what are the boards for?

Ditto bro, fight the depression, make yourself do whatever your capable of. I mean. . all those gains were great but. . think of how you've felt for the last month.. not worth it. if I could figure out how to be healthy with those doses. . damn. I'd be 290 in the next 3-4 years.

Id say just about anything they give to AIDs patients (assuming your getting exactly what you pay for) shouldnt adversly affect immune functioning. This would include anavar, deca, test, GH, and in rarer cases primo.

What is considered a high dose? I've been pretty fortunate and haven't got sick at all. I haven't ran more than a gram of gear a week though... Vitamin C, E, and Glutamine are my anti-oxidants along with lots of green vegetables.

I've gone through this in the past the only thing that got me back to feeling normal was going off gear for 6 months and then and only then did I feel healthy and normal. I find for myself anyways that after 14 or 16 weeks my body needs a break or I'll just get sick
