well in a perfect world macadamian nut oil..but its hard to find and very expensive...i use olive oil b/c extra virgin will lose its quality in the cooking process.

I think MCT Oil works the best - easy to break down - well it breaks down much faster. Try NOW Mct oil or the one from ultimate nutrition!

Oh btw my buddy is starting out a new venture out in california. He started a small home base company and has been doing quite well. He recently launched an ebay store for fellow canadians to buy supplements for much cheaper than what you would find at your local stores. check him out please show support. I have been telling him to include now mct oil as part of his products - I think everyone should try it! Get it at your local stores if you can. Great product!

LOL... Macadamian nut oil is great for cooking, i was told to use lower temps to cook with it so it doesnt break down because its the good fats that burn off first, i also keep a bottle of flax seed oil for salad dressings and whatnot, but it cannot be heated.

Olive Oil to cook with because of the high smoke point.. extra virgin for dressings and what not.. dont ever cook with EVOO the smoke point is way too low and all your good fats will burn away.
