Hey guys, I have been doing searches and lots of reading. Im trying to learn the ins and outs of HGH. I see some guys run it at anyware from 2-6 iu ED or 5 days on 2 days off ect... I am considering giving it a try for the first time. I would like to run it along with my next cycle for bulking. How many Iu's would be good for a HGH newbee bulker? How long would you run it. Do it ED or break it up? I am also confused on the blue tops generic. Are there different brands of blue top generic? What are the ways of telling if your HGH is legit? I hear Jins are faked alot, how do you tell? just by using them or is there somthing to look for? I know thats alot of questions and I have alot more so if anyone knows where a good place to read up on this subject could you point me in the direction. Any pointers or comments would be greatly appreciated!!! :)

I am new two this also and am researching a fair bit. A friend of mine who is a NPC competitor said he is now fond of just two GH protocols, one for fat loss, vitality and recovery and the other method for bulking. For fat loss-recovery he said to do 2-4 eod rather than ed or 5 day on, 2 days off. For bulking he says the blasting protocol is fantastic.

The blasting protocol is when you do your total weekly IU's two days per week. So if you are doing 2iu, 5x per week (totaling 10iu per wk) for example then you would do 2 shots of 5iu on workout days. My bro also suggested that you do not do your GH shots on leg day as there is a tremendous natural GH spike in the body from training legs real heavy and that it should be taken advantage of.

As far as blue tops, they are as you said generic, so you may see some sources label their blues with there own labels but they are still the same GENERIC blue tops that others sell. Jins well, way out of my price range to even contemplate so i have not really even investigated. Hope this helps you out a little bro!

along the lines of what t-rex said...

unless you are older (over say 35ish) or have a lot of money to spend, i wouldnt bother with GH if your sole purpose is to bulk. You could spend half the money on more gear (test, whatever else) and make WAY better gains in size and strength.

If you want to run gh to bulk, i would tell you less than 4iu/day isnt worthwhile. I run 2-3.3ius/day for extended periods of time and thats for cutting. It works and works well. It also adds a quality to your physique that the gear alone doesnt.

2-3ius/day for a couple months wont add weight if you ask me. 2-3ius a day for 6 months will change your body however.

That all being said, ive never tried the blasting method and have heard some people like it, so if your set on it I would definitely venture down that route after some research.

Great info bro, the only thing i'd disagree with is that all blue's are not the same. Some are 191, some are 192 and very diff purities, some cause welts etc. I think there's a dry spell in generics and jins on the horizon.

The general rule of thumb is 2iu's a day for cutting, and 5iu's for bulking. Obviously depending on experience and stats, dosage will need to be modified a bit but this is a basic guideline. Also i have read on several boards and know of some athletes that are using GH min 6mths ED not the 5 on 2 off routine that some use. The 5on 2off isn't as effective, there are article's out there that have proven it. Also it is recommended that it be run 4-6mths for better results.

Wow bro i did not know that there were 191 and 192 blues, thanks for the info. By the way i apologize to the original poster for posting inaccurate info, just thought all blues were the same.

Most of the chinese suppliers have been busted / infiltrated, and are now LE posing as them to nab more buyers. This came from the largest supplier of gens in china.

From what I gather the generics blue tops are lab rejects and can be 191 or 192 ???

I should look at the blasting method if im planning to bulk.

Any truth to the pregnancy piss test to make sure its not HCG being passed off as HGH :confused:

haven't heard they are rrejects, some test incredibly high purity, higher than jins. And yes preg test is legit.

I'm on a blast cycle right now (5 weeks) and then another blast in three more months. I'm trying to make the legs explode in size so it's 5IU upper body and 15IU leg days. The GH is stacked with IGF-1 @60mcg on training days and tren ace/npp/sust. every other day(except for the sust.). Gained 9 solid pound in three weeks, I don't feel bloated at all and I'm stronger by the day. Hope this helps. And yes this cycle is very expensive.
