I know a girl who wants to go on Var, 10mg/day.

Shes not a bodybuilder, just wants to use for training intensity/recovery purposes.

I told her its generally safe for a girl at this dose, but i wanna know for sure before i put her on it.

So anyway, go. Everything, and dont sugar coat it if its bad, if there is even a minimal side effect i should know about, tell me. I dont wanna be the guy who tells her shes good to go and then she gets bad sides.

As with any type of medication, there are several types of side effects one may experience, including the use of anabolic steroids. The following list includes the most common side effects:

Well.personally I never heard a female complain. It's pretty well regarded as safe for females.

She said it didnt make one of those huge clonkers but it definately increased size....

I ****ed her once awhile back before she really got into working out, I was her personal trainer, and she had one of those non exsistant clits that were really small, now she says it is significantly bigger than previously but most likely not bigger than average

Bro..there is ALWAYS a risk for sides.It can be as bad as changing her voice permanently..but the chances are pretty low.Why dont you start her off on 5mgs,the get her to move up slowly.If she gets any signs of anything,stop immedialtley.It will be quickly out of her body.

At 5 mgs,dosing may not always be accurate however.There are some places where they put the var in a solution whereby it helps enormously,if not perfectly the doses you want.If you cannot find any,split your capsules in two and pour half the powder on to a very small piece of tissue..then swallow.The worse that can happen IMO is a -2mgs +2mgs per cap.Of course you need to trust your source..or go with a pharmaceutical company
